Shipping policy

Our items are shipped out from Massachusetts or Rhode Island warehouses. There are some instances where we may send out from our Amazon fulfilment centers depending on particular item stock locations. Some multiple item orders may be split into separate shipments depending on the location of our inventory. We have our own production for everything we sell, and we do the best we can to keep products in stock. Be assured that we will ship out as fast as humanly possible which is the same day or next day after the order is placed depending on time of day.

If there is an event that we cannot fill an order due a problem of inventory or some other reason preventing us from shipping out your order, we will issue a full refund. You can contact us with any issues at our contact page.
