We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with any order purchased from Paw Addict. So for whatever reason you need a return, refund, replacement or exchange, we'll take care of it. We just ask within reason, standard common sense on returns in re-saleable condition as unused and unwashed. In the event of a product quality defect or early failure of the material, we'll issue a full refund or exchange depending on your desire.
